I smile at everyone I pass by, even if I am having a bad day.
Here is my philosophy:
If I smile at someone, then that might make their day a little better, especially if they have had a bad day. It’s even better if I can make them smile back, because then I know I have made them somewhat happy, even if it is only for a second, and if I’m having a bad day, it makes me happy to see them smiling.
It might be a dumb philosophy, but I stand by it.
